Force & Flow Fitness respects your privacy and gives users the ability to request deletion of their account and associated app data.
 

Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Force & Flow Fitness account, please send a deletion request by email:

Email: contact@forceandflowfitness.com

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request – Force & Flow Fitness

In your email, please include:

• Your full name

• The email address used to create your Force & Flow Fitness account

• A short statement such as:
  “I would like to delete my Force & Flow Fitness account and associated data.”
   

Once we receive your request, we will verify the account information and begin the deletion process.

What Data May Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Force & Flow Fitness account, which may include:

• Account profile information

• Email address

• Fitness level and goal preferences

• Workout history

• Progress tracking data

• Saved workouts or favorites

• Energy, mood, or recovery check-in data

• App activity connected to your account
   

What Data May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when legally required or necessary for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Payment and subscription records

• Tax, accounting, or transaction records

• Security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance records

• Records required by app stores, payment processors, or applicable law
   

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary and will not be used for regular app personalization after account deletion.

Processing Time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request.

You may receive a confirmation email once your account deletion has been completed.
 

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Force & Flow Fitness account may not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, Wix, Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party payment provider.

To avoid future billing, please also cancel your subscription through the platform where you originally subscribed.
